On Friday 4 July, together with client and GGNet employees, we set a marker at 'Groot Gaffel' in Warnsveld to festively mark the start of the new High Intensive Care (HIC) building. A great moment and another special project in the care sector. The new treatment clinic accommodates 108 patients and is part of the site development plan to better reflect today's mental health care. IAA Architecten was commissioned to design the specific functionality of high intense care in harmony with the park-like surroundings and in keeping with Groot Graffel's historical value.

PLANNING

In April, the environmental permit was granted by the municipality of Zutphen. The land has now been prepared for building and the foundation work started on 1 July. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2023. About three months will then be needed to furnish the building and staff at the new clinic will 'trial run' to test the building and all systems and procedures.
