In Berlin Kreuzberg, at the corner of Stresemannstraße / Möckernstraße, the highest point of the PULSE BERLIN office building has been reached. In collaboration with William McDonough + Partners, this will be the first office in Berlin of which the design is inspired by the Cradle to Cradle® philosophy. The upper floors will have 12,000 m² of lettable office space that can be fully flexibly partitioned. The ground floor around the atrium will be available for restaurants and shops. In the basement, 63 parking spaces with charging points for electric cars are available and there is storage space for 122 bicycles.

PULSE BERLIN is built out of recyclable materials and reusable components with a Cradle to Cradle® quality mark wherever possible. The design has received the DGNB Zertifikat in Gold for sustainable building at the EXPO REAL 2017. PULSE BERLIN is also a pilot project for the the DGNB core theme of Circular-Economy.
