In Berlin Kreuzberg, at the corner of Stresemannstraße / Möckernstraße, the highest point of the PULSE BERLIN office building has been reached. In collaboration with William McDonough + Partners, this will be the first office in Berlin of which the design is inspired by the Cradle to Cradle® philosophy. The upper floors will have 12,000 m² of lettable office space that can be fully flexibly partitioned. The ground floor around the atrium will be available for restaurants and shops. In the basement, 63 parking spaces with charging points for electric cars are available and there is storage space for 122 bicycles.
