ALPORTI: FIVE GROUP HOMES FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM DEMENTIA

Now that the first three buildings of the sustainable residential area Nieuw Zuid are inhabited and Amaris' oldest care building has been demolished, there is room for the fourth building. The Alporti building consists of five floors with a total of 44 social rental apartments that have been converted into five group homes for elderly people suffering from dementia. The residents have their own room and a communal living room with kitchen.

IAA Engineering responsible for development

IAA Engineering, together with the advisors, has developed the PD+ of INBO with a corresponding cost estimate and subsequently to a Final Design and a Finished Design.
