FLEXIBLE LIVING IN A FOREST ENVIRONMENT

Each resident has their own studio with sanitary facilities and there is a living room for shared for every eight residents. The replacing new construction for De Vlindertuin is part of the long-term housing plan on the Sonnevanck site. At a later stage, the Dahlia, Crocus and Brem buildings will also be replaced/renovated, as expected to be completed in 2020. All new constructions will be built flexibly so that they can be used for multiple target groups and can be converted to other types of housing without this involving too many costs.
