Over the coming years, the former hospital at the Ariënsplein in Enschede will be transforming into a vibrant spot where business, work, relaxation, recreation and student housing will meet. The building complex, owned by project developer LIFE from Antwerp, will be rebuilt in stages and ultimately turn into the new beating heart of the neighbourhood.

One of the new users is Saxion University, which will be able to expand its City Campus here with a place for education, startups and student housing. The work has now been started so that the education facilities, including the Startup Center, can be put into service in September 2017.
